| Babies love looking at books that have babies in them. Thick books are the easiest for baby fingers to manipulate. Peek-a-Boo are so much fun. It helps create an awareness that even though something/someone is covered up - he/she/it did not disappear. |

| Eventually, with practice and encouragement from you, your kiddo with start to carry over the skills used in reading to other aspects of life. Let me play with kitchen towels or little blankets. |
